Reflections from Jonathan

Urban Plunge really influenced me in that I now see how much the homeless need my help. I also see how much God has given me and how much more grateful I should be for his kindness and grace. We walked a few miles looking for the homeless and how they live and get what they need. I saw a woman laying on the sidewalk and immediately saw how much she needed my help. Our assignment was to give out our lunches to any homeless people we saw on the street and I gave mine, hoping that she would receive it well and see that God loves and cares for her. My prayers are with the homeless and that they would see that God is there and wants them to come to him. I also will try to do something about it and work in some way with the homeless, allowing God to use me as he will. Thank you for all of your prayer and support. May the Lord bless, Jonathan.

Reflections from Pascal

I am so happy that God was able to use me in Washington. Although I miss Washington I definately glad to be back and to be able to see my famliy. S.o.m.e. (so others might eat) was a great experience because I was able to meet new friends and was able to feed the hungry. If you want more info come to our chapel and or talk to one of the people who went on the trip.
